1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to atas99. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the atas99 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and atas99 ("Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we advise you not to proceed with registration or use of the platform.

These terms are to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and atas99.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use atas99 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Atas99 conducts age verification during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Nationality / Residency: This platform is intended for users located in Malaysia. Use from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is entirely the user's own responsibility.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Non-member restricted: You must not be on any prohibition or restriction list issued by a regulatory authority, nor have had a previous account suspended for fraud.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at atas99. Multiple account ownership by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The details you must provide include:

• Full name as stated in your official Malaysian identity document (MyKad / Passport).
• Malaysia mobile number that is active for OTP verification purposes.
• Email address that is valid and active for official platform communications.
• Password that is strong and contains at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. Atas99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized third-party access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login details.

KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. This involves submitting a clear copy of your MyKad or passport along with bank account details registered in the member's name.

4 Deposits and Payments

Atas99 supports a wide range of deposit methods popular among Malaysian users. All deposits are processed instantly via secure and integrated payment systems.

• Minimum deposit amount: RM10 per transaction.
• Supported deposit methods: FPX (all major Malaysian banks), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Processing: Deposits are credited to the gaming account instantly once payment is successfully confirmed by the payment provider.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name. atas99 reserves the right to reject or hold deposits suspected of originating from unauthorised sources or third parties.

5 Withdrawal of Funds

Atas99 is committed to processing all eligible withdrawals in the shortest time possible. Our withdrawal policy is as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM30 per transaction.
• Processing time: Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts or e-wallets are processed within 15 to 30 minutes after the request is approved.
• Identity verification: The first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.
• Recipient account: Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the atas99 account holder.

Atas99 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for up to 72 hours for security review purposes if a transaction appears unusual or shows signs of suspicious activity. Members will be notified via email or an in-platform notification.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Atas99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal members and welcome new ones. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements explicitly stated in each promotional offer.

• Welcome bonus: Claimable once only by each new member who meets the specified minimum deposit requirement.
• Wagering requirements: Each bonus has its own wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds can be converted to a withdrawable balance.
• Validity period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses that are not used within that period will expire automatically.

7 Game Rules

All games offered at atas99 — including bingo, sports betting, table games, and slots — are subject to their own specific rules, which can be found in the platform's help section. Some general rules that apply to all games are:

• All game outcomes generated by the RNG (Random Number Generator) system are final and cannot be disputed.
• Any technical disruption during gameplay that prevents a result from being confirmed will result in the affected round being voided and the wager refunded.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are set within the game interface itself.
• The use of automated software (bots), assisted tools, or any unauthorised method to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

8 Member Conduct

Atas99 expects all members to interact respectfully and responsibly across all our communication platforms. The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Sharing information or strategies intended to deceive the platform or other members.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's system functions.
• Falsely claiming to be a representative or staff member of atas99 to other members.

9 Data Privacy and Security

Atas99 values the privacy of every member. All personal data collected during registration and platform use is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and stored securely in accordance with industry best practices.

Member personal data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and financial transaction processing.
• Platform service delivery and account-related communications.
• Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Atas99 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Evidence or strong suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• Failure by the member to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Repeated violations of any condition in this terms document.
• Requests from relevant authorities or enforcement bodies.

If your account is suspended, you may contact the atas99 support team via live chat for further clarification. For account closures resulting from terms violations, any valid balance (after deducting bonuses that do not meet the requirements) will be returned at atas99's discretion.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closures requested by members will be processed within 3 business days.

11 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, atas99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary losses arising from the use of this platform.

• Atas99 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions or inaccessibility.
• Atas99 is not responsible for financial decisions made by members based on game outcomes or information available on the platform.
• Any internet disruption or device failure on the member's end that affects a gaming session is beyond the control and responsibility of atas99.

12 Changes to These Terms

Atas99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via:

• In-platform account notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• A notification email sent to the email address registered with your atas99 account.
• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the atas99 platform after the effective date of any term changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
